MISSION & OBJECTIVE
This festival is dedicated to all things horror. We want to highlight various filmmakers creative attempts to show the horror in new and unexpected ways.

GENERAL RULES
All submissions must be complete, with all of the items requested to be considered for submission. All submissions received after May 26, 2008 will be considered for the next festival. Notification of acceptance into the 2008 film festival will occur no later than May 30, If accepted, a screening print must arrive at the festival office not later than June 1, 2008. Entry selection is made from DVD media. All submission tapes must be clearly labeled. All entries selected into CHSFF grant CHSFF the right to use any footgage from the preview screener, and all submitted publicity photos and any other materials sent to us pertaining to this entry for CHSFF promotional purposes, without limitations.

FESTIVAL DISCLAIMER
Entry does not guarantee placement in the program. However, each submission will be carefully considered. Festival judges will pre-select entries that will be featured as finalists at the festival. Finalists will then be judged by category and the winners will be announced during the awards presentation at the completion of the festival.
